Meet Corah

Corah is an Occupational Therapist who works with adolescents, adults and older people to build confidence, strengthen everyday skills and feel more steady through life’s transitions.

With over a decade of experience across public, private and community settings, Corah supports people when life feels overwhelming, complex or stuck. She works side-by-side with participants and their support networks to build practical skills such as cooking, budgeting, personal care and gaining employment, while gently addressing the broader barriers that impact independence, wellbeing and relationships. For older adults receiving support at home, her focus often includes mobility, falls prevention and simple home modifications that improve safety and confidence, helping people remain comfortable and secure in their own homes. Corah believes therapy should feel practical, respectful and genuinely useful, not complicated for the sake of it. With a calm, steady approach, she supports people to make meaningful changes that build confidence, restore stability and create a life that feels manageable and secure at every stage.

Outside the clinic, Corah loves any excuse to travel somewhere warm and gather people around a table for good food and easy conversation. A home-baked treat is usually close by for sharing, and she’s known for stretching a simple catch-up into a long, laughter filled afternoon. She enjoys slow mornings, being near nature and spending time with the people who matter most creating the same sense of warmth and safety in her own life that she values in her work.
