Ashleigh

Ashleigh has worked with Propel Care since 2020, starting as a receptionist before moving into a therapy assistant role while studying at university, and now supporting clients as an Occupational Therapist.

Ashleigh works with adults across NDIS, aged care, and DVA services, taking a collaborative approach to increase participation in meaningful activities. With experience in both community and hospital settings, Ashleigh focuses on goals that matter to each individual, both at home and in the community. This might include developing skills to make a family recipe, exploring equipment to safely complete daily routines, or learning to catch the bus. She is passionate about building strong relationships, discovering what motivates individuals, and tailoring practical sessions that empower others.

Outside of work, you’ll find Ashleigh on the couch with a book in one hand and an iced latte in the other, swimming laps in the pool, spending time with loved ones, or (when the weather is cool enough) going on camping adventures. She is a big animal lover and has been known to sneak in a few cuddles with clients’ pets during home visits.
